Amplified Reach Terms of Work

These Terms of Work outline the responsibilities, ownership rights, payment terms, timelines, and expectations for website design and related services offered by Amplified Reach. By purchasing any website package or completing the onboarding process, the client agrees to the terms listed below.

1. Scope of Work

Amplified Reach will design and develop a website based on the information and materials provided during the onboarding process. Our work includes design, layout, setup, integrations, and website structure according to the package selected: Spark, Launch, Evolve, or Ascend.

2. Definitions

  • Client refers to the individual or business purchasing services.
  • Deliverables refer to the completed website and any included assets.
  • Setup Fee refers to the initial payment required to begin project setup.
  • LEA Packages refer to Launch, Evolve, and Ascend.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and onboarding details.
  • Submit logos, images, brand colors, and copy as needed for the project.
  • Ensure all submitted content is owned or legally licensed by the client.
  • Respond to communication requests in a timely manner to prevent delays.

4. Amplified Reach Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the website based on client submissions and selected package.
  • Provide clear communication and updates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Deliver work in a professional and timely manner.
  • Request clarification or additional information when needed.

5. Content Ownership

The client retains ownership of all text, images, media, branding, and content they provide to Amplified Reach for use in the website.

6. Website Ownership Rights

Spark Package Ownership

For Spark websites, the client gains full ownership of the final published website once payment is completed. The client may transfer the Spark website to any hosting provider of their choice.

LEA Packages Ownership

For Launch, Evolve, and Ascend packages, Amplified Reach retains ownership of the website framework, structure, templates, portal setup, automations, flows, and any proprietary tools used in building the website. The client owns their content but receives a license to use the completed website while their subscription remains active.

The client may request a content export at any time. Full website framework transfer is not included in LEA packages.

7. Licensing Rights for LEA Packages

  • The client receives a license to use the website, structure, and features included in their LEA package.
  • This license remains active as long as the client maintains an active subscription.
  • The license does not grant rights to the underlying framework, templates, or proprietary systems owned by Amplified Reach.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase through the hosting and billing platform.
  • LEA packages may include recurring subscription fees or ongoing service fees depending on the selected plan.
  • Full payment must be received before website development begins.

9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within seven business days of purchase.
  • Once the project setup begins, the setup fee becomes non-refundable because these funds are immediately allocated to required licenses, premium tools, and project resources.
  • Ongoing subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

10. Timeline and Communication

Project timelines depend on the client’s responsiveness and submission of required materials. Amplified Reach is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late submissions.

11. Revisions and Additional Work

Revisions included with each package will be listed in the package description. Any additional revisions, features, pages, or custom requests outside the scope of the selected package may require additional fees.

12. Confidentiality

Amplified Reach will not share or distribute the client’s confidential information, business details, or uploaded materials. All information is used solely for project development.

13. Warranty and Limitations

Amplified Reach provides the website as described in the selected package. No guarantees are made regarding sales performance, search ranking, or business outcomes.

14. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services through their hosting account. Cancellation ends access to LEA licensed frameworks, but clients retain ownership of their submitted content.

15. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify Amplified Reach against claims arising from the use of content provided by the client or misuse of the website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Work are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the onboarding form or purchasing a website package, the client acknowledges agreeing to these Terms of Work.
