Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Sustainable success is built on a foundation of security and integrity.
1. Purpose and Scope
This policy governs the use of web hosting, email, and platform services provided by Amplified Reach LLC. It is designed to protect the security, integrity, and reliability of our network and the systems of our clients.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
The Client agrees not to use Amplified Reach services for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Illegal Acts: Hosting or transmitting material that violates any local, state, federal, or international law.
- Malicious Content: Distributing malware, viruses, worms, or any code intended to disrupt or damage computer systems.
- Adult Content: Hosting highly sensitive or adult-oriented material that violates the standards of our upstream infrastructure providers.
- Harassment: Engaging in activities designed to harass, threaten, or promote violence against individuals or groups.
3. Anti-Spam Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam to protect the reputation of our server infrastructure and ensure high deliverability for all clients.
- Unauthorized Bulk Email: Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) is strictly prohibited.
- Mail Bombing: Sending a large volume of emails to a single recipient with the intent to disrupt their service.
- Forging Headers: Altering email headers to mask the origin of a message.
System Integrity Warning
Violation of the Anti-Spam policy may result in immediate IP blacklisting and service suspension to protect our global network reputation.
4. Resource Usage
Our hosting environment is a shared resource system. To maintain performance for everyone, the following are prohibited:
- Resource Abuse: Processes that consume an unreasonable amount of CPU, memory, or bandwidth may be throttled or suspended.
- Security Scans: Performing unauthorized security testing or port scanning on our servers.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain access to accounts or data that does not belong to the Client.
5. Enforcement
Amplified Reach reserves the right to monitor systems for violations of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without prior notice, if a violation threatens the stability or reputation of our network.
