Amplified AI Policy (AAPA)
Last Updated: February 24, 2026
Our Human-First Philosophy
At Amplified Reach, we combine high-level AI engineering with human creative strategy. While we use advanced tools to build efficient systems, our deliverables and website build services are the result of professional expertise and strategic intent. The final value we provide is human-led strategy, not automated output.
Design Acceptance & "Design Lock"
To maintain project momentum and ensure the stability of the built environment:
- Milestone Acceptance: When a client reviews and accepts a design milestone (e.g., Homepage Layout or UI Kit), that portion of the project is considered LOCKED.
- Structural Changes: Any requests to change the core structure of a locked milestone will be treated as a Change Order and billed accordingly as a new design project.
AI-Generated Audit Policy
We do not recognize the validity of third-party AI audits as a basis for design rejection or revision requests.
- Non-Valid Criteria: Automated sentiment tools, AI-generated heatmaps, and "critique-by-prompt" feedback do not constitute professional grounds for a revision.
- Valid Criteria: Revision requests must be based on specific business objectives, accessibility requirements (WCAG), or documented brand guidelines previously provided.
Revision Limits
Each project package includes a specific number of revision rounds for the build phase:
- Spark: 1 Round of Revisions.
- Launch and Evolve: 2 Rounds of Revisions.
- Ascend: 3 Rounds of Revisions.
Note: A Round consists of a single, consolidated list of feedback provided within 48 hours of a milestone delivery.
Sub-Account Responsibility
As a platform provider, Amplified Reach grants clients access to their own white-labeled platform. Amplified Reach is not responsible for troubleshooting or optimizing any workflows or content configurations that a client implements using AI tools within their own sub-account.
